Frequently asked questions

Yes. Softee collects electricity, gas, water and heat, as well as temperature, humidity and CO₂: any signal available on connected equipment. Heating degree days come in addition, from the nearest active Météo-France station to each site.
No. Softee connects to your existing meters and equipment in software: remote reading, supplier files, APIs. There is no Softee hardware to fit.
No. The product offers three separate workspaces — viewing, management, administration — and your administrator chooses, feature by feature, what each role sees. An elected member does not get the same interface as an energy manager.
Softee prepares and validates the consumption figures you have to declare: weather correction using degree days, a reference year, kWh/m² per site, invoice quality control, and exports by building and period. The filing itself you submit on ADEME’s OPERAT platform: Softee does not file on your behalf.
Yes. A sites × indicators matrix gives you the whole portfolio in one view, with a kWh/m² ranking and a table of this year against the two before it per site, target included. The estate can be navigated by location or by functional grouping.
Yes, at two levels. Measurement series are checked daily against 5 rules — spike, reset, data gap, suspected meter change — and a health indicator is recalculated per sensor. Separately, you configure your own drift alerts, with a quiet period and a second confirmation before they fire.
Plans start at €29 excl. VAT per month for 1 to 10 metering points on a commitment, and go up to €200 excl. VAT per month for 51 to 100 points. Above 100 metering points, pricing is quoted individually. The calculator on the pricing page works out your monthly figure, options and set-up fee included.
