Softee for public estates

The energy monitoring tool built for
public-sector estates

Bring your data together — electricity, gas, water, heat — on a single platform, analyse your consumption, catch drift, and prepare your regulatory obligations.

Get to the data that matters across
your estate

Electricity, gas, water, heat, temperature, humidity, CO₂: any signal available on connected equipment arrives in the same place, together with degree days from the nearest active Météo-France station to each site.

The estate can be navigated by location or by functional grouping, to any depth, with a map view and a sites × indicators matrix that shows the whole portfolio at once.

Spot drift and target the
worst-performing buildings

Four families of alert — drift, invoice, period, sensor — compared against a threshold, an average, the previous month or the same month last year, across three severity levels.

A quiet period and a deferred second check keep noise out. Every event can be acknowledged, individually or in bulk, and the history stays available per site.

Every invoice is checked against 13 rules, then readable in full detail: standing charge, energy by tariff band — peak-winter, peak-summer, off-peak-winter, off-peak-summer, super-peak — services, taxes and capacity overrun.

Contracts attach to the estate, their completeness is checked and exportable, and an invoice covering several delivery points can be split into virtual invoices per site.

Shape the interface around
how you actually work

Everyone composes their own dashboards: 10 widget types, 10 chart types, from the minute to the year, with reusable chart styles and your own logo.

Three workspaces separate viewing, management and administration, and your administrator chooses feature by feature what each role sees — an elected member, a technician and an energy manager do not get the same interface.

Frequently asked questions about the platform

The estate tree has no depth limit: locations nest without a ceiling, each with its category, typology and parameters. The same consumption can be split across several sites by percentage allocation key, which is how a meter feeding more than one building is handled.
Yes. An invoice is a full source of consumption data, on the same footing as a remotely-read meter. That is what makes it possible to monitor a building whose meters are not connected yet.
Through 11 sources active out of the box: remote reading, file drops, supplier APIs, plus manual entry and an onboarding workbook that is dry-run validated before anything is written. Collection, calculation, summary snapshots and alert evaluation all run automatically every day.
Series are checked daily against 5 rules — spike, reset, interpolated gap, unfilled gap, suspected meter change — and a health indicator is recalculated per sensor. How missing values are treated, and whether a reading is cumulative, is configurable per data point.
Yes. Spreadsheet exports on demand, choosing sources, interval, aggregation and grouping. Scheduled exports — daily, weekly or monthly, in CSV, Excel or JSON, delivered by download, FTP, email or a message queue — are configured with you. The product also exposes a REST API with its OpenAPI specification, on authenticated access.
Yes. The product ships as versioned Docker images, and a documented procedure covers installing it on your own servers, with no internet access and no outbound traffic in normal operation. Your organisation’s data stays isolated from every other client’s. The architecture itself is best walked through in a demonstration, with your IT team.
