Frequently asked questions about pricing
A metering point is a meter carrying a delivery-point reference, attached to a site. Pricing follows that count — not the number of buildings and not the number of users: a town hall with a single meter stays in the first band even if twenty staff log in.
Going below the main meter: a calculated flow defined by formula lets you monitor one end use, one floor or one room separately, and a percentage allocation key lets you share a meter between several sites. It is an option, priced by band of points.
€29 excl. VAT per month for 1 to 10 metering points on a commitment, €39 excl. VAT per month without one, plus a one-off set-up fee from €210. Above 100 metering points, pricing is quoted individually.

It is a monthly option. It covers preparing the consumption figures you have to declare — weather correction, reference year, kWh/m² per site, exports by building and period. The filing itself remains yours to submit on ADEME’s OPERAT platform.
